   I earned the International Women's Day badge at approximately 3:00 PM EST. I have the box checked to receive a notification when there is a holiday badge to earn. I never received a notification before earning it. Usually the notifications come through shortly after midnight. Thanks.

   Looks like you earned it 7 hours ago, so you wouldn't be notified after already getting it.

   They didn't earn it until the middle of the afternoon EST, the reminder should have arrived during the morning so they should have already received it before they earned the badge.
   I've missed a couple of badges because I only tend to be on Sporcle in the morning/early afternoon but the Badge reminders haven't arrived until the evening (GMT) so I don't see them until the following morning, when it's too late to earn the badge. The last one it happened for was 'The Big Basin' (Superbowl Sunday), when I logged onto Sporcle on Monday morning I had a Notification about the badge timed on Sunday at 8pm GMT.

   It's not really caused me any problems so far because luckily the badges I've missed have been ones that I probably wouldn't have gone for anyway but obviously there will be some that I do want to get, and getting a message the following day saying "Look what you could have had!" will add to the frustration of missing out.

   It looks like what could have happened is if you are away from the website for a while, the notifications are catching up, so they may not all be sent right away when you get in.

   I never received a notification for the Ramadan Mubarak badge either. I'm going to change my settings where I will receive e-mails for badge notifications and see if that will solve it.

   I got the notification on Sporcle regarding earning the I Like Pi badge 18 hours ago. I didn't get an e-mail though.

   Just to confirm. Did you also select the box for an email to be sent? Have you made sure that it is not in a social or spam folder?

    @Spork-el: Yes, I selected the box for an e-mail to be sent. I checked the social tab, promotions tab and spam folder and it wasn't in any of them. I did get the notification on Sporcle regarding earning the Ides of March badge though but didn't get an e-mail regarding that either. Thanks.

    Thank you for reaching out again, if this continues to happen in the next few days please write in. Have you changed the timezone on your device lately and logged in from a different timezone when you used Sporcle last?

    @Spork-el: I haven't changed the time zone on my computer or logged in from a different time zone. I did get the Mother's Day e-mail notification though. It was sent 5-12-24 at 2:08 AM. Thanks.

    Dusting off this old topic to write that the e-mail notifications still don't seem to be working, as I didn't get one for yesterday's badge. I have now set a notification in my calendar for next year so I won't miss it again.
    Is this just me or have others had the same issue?

    I haven't been getting email or push notifications for holiday badges for a long time and it's resulted in me missing a couple of holiday badges 😅

    Adding my name to the chorus of folks who haven't gotten a holiday badge notification in a long time. I checked again today (2/15) and I have definitely not gotten a website notification or an email (I checked my spam folder, too). The local time as of me writing is 3pm and I have not recently changed time zones. Hope this helps identify the problem.

    This issue is definitely still occurring.
    I don’t remember ever getting the notifications after turning them on (I did just double check, and I do indeed still have it selected). Most recently, I never received a notification for One Small Step on July 20.
